A POLISH driver has had his car seized by the police after being caught without a full licence.
The man was caught in Windermere with a provisional British licence and did not have a full licence holder with him.
South Lakes Police reported on its social media that the car was seized.
PC Simon Eyres said on the social media post: "Car seized and a handful of points are now on their way.
"Just because it is a foreign registered vehicle doesn't mean we will not stop you and check you are legal for the road."
